Decent canvas, slow shipping

I got an Alu-Dibond print with a picture from our last vacation. The print quality is really sharp and the colors are true to the original photo, which I appreciated. It looks nice on the wall. The only thing is that it took almost two weeks to arrive after I placed the order, which felt a bit long. The packaging was good though, no damage. For the price I paid, it's good value, but faster shipping would make it even better.

Love my new photo mug!

Oh my goodness, I just received my Magic Mug and it's absolutely fantastic! The photo appears like magic when it gets hot, it's so much fun. The quality of the print is super clear, and the mug itself feels sturdy. I'm so happy with how it turned out, it's even better than I expected! I'm definitely going to order more as gifts. You guys are amazing, I'll be back for sure!

Reliable for photo gifts

This isn't my first time ordering from PrinterPix. I've gotten photo books and a couple of canvases before. This time I ordered a personalized throw blanket and it met my expectations, just like my previous orders. The printing on the blanket is clear and the material is soft. They've always been pretty consistent with their product quality and delivery times. That's why I keep coming back for photo gifts.

Great value on the photo deck

I was looking for a personalized blanket and PrinterPix had a great deal going on their photo blankets. I compared prices with a few other sites and this was definitely the best offer I found. The design process was straightforward, even for a first-timer like me. I got the blanket for a good price, and it feels pretty soft. It shipped to my place in California in about a week and a half. Happy with the purchase, felt like I got a good deal.

Thinking of getting an acrylic print from here, but also looking at PosterXXL. Anyone have experience with both and can say which one is better for acrylics?

S Sam 1 month ago
I've used PrinterPix for canvases, and they were good. Haven't tried their acrylics, but PosterXXL is pretty solid for large format prints. Might be worth comparing prices directly for the size you want.

For acrylics, I usually go with PosterXXL. Never tried PrinterPix for those, but their photo books are good.

I see a '40% off all photo books' deal on their site. Is that just a typical ongoing thing, or is it a limited-time offer I should jump on? Don't want to miss out if it's special.

C Colin 2 months ago
Honestly, they pretty much always have some kind of 'X% off photo books' deal. It's rare to see them at full price. So no rush, another one will come along if you miss this one.

It's their standard operating procedure. They run those discounts constantly. If you need it, go for it, but don't feel pressured like it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing.

I have a bunch of old phone pics I wanna use for a photo book. Do they need to be super high-res, or can I get away with slightly lower quality for a decent print?

J Josh E. 2 months ago
They usually have a little warning if your photo resolution is too low for the print size. For phone pics, it depends on the original file size and how big you're making the photo in the book. Smaller photos in the book are usually fine.

For a photo book, as long as your phone pics aren't ancient or super blurry, they should be okay. The editor usually flags really bad ones.

I have two different coupon codes from them, one for a photo book and one for free shipping. Can I use both on the same order, or is it one deal per purchase?

D Dana M. 2 months ago
Pretty sure it's only one code per order. That's usually how these sites work.

Yeah, I tried to stack coupons before and it didn't work. Had to pick the better deal.

Has anyone ever tried to return something to PrinterPix? My custom mug didn't quite turn out how I wanted. Just wondering if it's a huge hassle or pretty straightforward.

C Carly 2 months ago
I had to return a canvas print once cause the color was off. They were pretty good about it, just contact customer service with your order details.

Returns for custom stuff can be tricky with any company, but I think if it's a quality issue, they usually make it right. Haven't done it myself though.

Is PrinterPix legit? I keep seeing these crazy deals, like 80% off photo books, and it feels almost too good to be true. Don't want to get scammed.

C Carly 2 months ago
Nah, they're legit. They just rely a lot on those big discounts to get people in. Got a few photo books from them, quality is decent for the price.

Totally legit. It's their business model to always have big sales. Don't worry, your stuff will show up.

Is there a way to get free shipping? Or do you always have to pay for it? Thinking about getting a few small things and hoping to save on delivery.

S Steve 2 months ago
Sometimes they have free shipping codes or offers if you spend over a certain amount. Keep an eye out for those, especially around holidays.

L Laura N. 2 months ago
I've seen free shipping promotions, but it's not always on. Usually tied to a minimum order value or a specific coupon.

Hey, I'm thinking of getting one of those photo blankets for my mom's birthday. Does anyone know if they ship to, like, Phoenix, Arizona? And how long does that usually take?

D David 2 months ago
Yeah, they ship all over the US. For Phoenix, I'd say maybe 10-14 days. It's not super fast but not terrible.

My order to Texas took about two weeks. So definitely plan ahead if it's for a specific date.
